"Puff the Magic Dragon" glass ornament by Christopher Radko & Soffieria De Carlini, circa 1996. Features a green dragon blowing red flames. Glitter accents and hand-painted details are present throughout. The original tag is still attached to the ornament. Hand blown and hand-painted in Italy.
