Milo Hawaii Charcuterie Board (4924)
Localy handmade large charcuterie board with metal handles. Crafted of Milo (Thespesia populnea) wood commonly known as the portia tree, or Pacific rosewood, among other names, milo or miro in Polynesian languages indigenous to Hawaii. This tree is considered sacred in Polynesian culture and is popular in Hawaii for woodworking (commonly turned into bowls) because of the range of colours expressed (tan, through yellow, to red).
Handmade by Doodlebug Workshop located in Wheaton, IL. All proceeds go to support the Doodlebug Worshop organization.
