Green Vase from the Chicko collection by artist Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda. Produced as 1/12 designs in the Chicko collection. Features textured green art glass with flecks of color. Signed in script on the bottom “Kosta Boda artist coll B. Vallien 49607". Vase sits atop felt dots to allow it to gently rest on any surface. 

"Bertil Vallien (1938–) has designed many classics for the Swedish glassworks in Åfors, Boda, and Kosta. One of the most well-known series is Chicko from 1996. It consists of 12 bowls and vases with rounded forms, rough textures, and interspersed color fragments. The series was manufactured until 2006."
