Signed in white pencil 36/300 on bottom left and artist's signature on bottom right. 

This piece features a mother and child sitting cross-legged. The mother is bending down to rest her head on the child's hand in front of her. The child is also holding a bird of paradise flower. 

Adrian Wong Shue is a Jamaican Postwar & Contemporary artist who was born in 1952. He believes that “the artist creates the art, and the art creates the artist. This philosophy has allowed Wong Shue to approach the creation of his artwork with complete freedom from conventional restraints which often restrict the artist.
